We have developed a better way to deliver staffing solutions for our clients; we have streamlined the search process, cut costs, and continuously deliver candidates of the highest caliber. For a consulting firm that works in the staffing vertical we have surprisingly few recruiters; in fact, we are proud to say that we do not employ or work with any recruiters at all. We think that it is nearly impossible to teach a recruiter the complex business processes, industry knowledge, and technology skills that they need to properly look for and vet candidates to fill a client’s requirements. However, our extensive experience has shown us that it is relatively easy to teach our capable consulting staff how to build a broad network of skilled staffers and how to search for the right candidates even outside of that network. This reduces our overhead costs significantly and allows us to do higher quality work for a lower price compared to any other consulting company’s staffing department or independent staffing firm.
Not only has every single candidate that we submit been hand selected by a member of our team who has extensive industry knowledge pertinent to the client’s requirements, but each person has also been interviewed by a senior member of our staff, or one of our partners, to ensure they are a well-suited for the task at hand. We feel that the staffing industry has recently grown exorbitantly expensive to the point where it can become detrimental to a client’s business. That is why we provide fixed margin pricing, at the lowest rates in the industry, and full transparency to all parties on what each group is paying and being paid. Most staffing divisions or typical headhunting firms are reveal very little about their pricing structures; it is very common to see contractors or consultants being brought in at a 50% or even 100% mark-up from what they are being paid while invoice processing and recruiting are the only major services provided by the staffing firm.
