Our staff have extensive experience and receive year-round training on emerging project management methodologies, GAAP, and new technologies and systems making our project and program management staff and partners some of the best in the business.
We are extremely proud of our training system. New employees spend their first thirty to ninety days learning and re-learning all the current systems, methodologies, and practices in order to ensure that their proficiency levels are up to New Leaf standards. Additionally, any time new technologies are released that might hold significance in program or product management we make certain that our staff become nearly fluent in their use. Regardless of the project or program we are confronted with, our staff has the tools and the training to excel.
